Why Prile?

We're Prile, a new tech startup.

We don’t have any salesmen, we don’t sell in stores and we don’t pay doctors or audiologists to recommend our products.

We sell directly to you, cutting out all the middlemen.

You’d be shocked at how much wasted cost this saves.

By making a highly affordable product, with a very small profit margin, our mission is to give millions of Americans their hearing back, instead of trying to make a huge profit off just the few people who have thousands of dollars to spend.

Have a Question? We Can Help!

Do I need to take a hearing test before buying?

No. HearFrames are developed to work for Americans that suffer from mild to moderate hearing loss. Anyone with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss can order them without a hearing test or audiologist visit.

Do I need a prescription before purchasing?

No. There is no prescription needed. Anyone with perceived mild to moderate hearing loss can order HearFrames, as long as they are at least 18 years old.

You will need to input your vision prescription if you need prescription lenses.

What if it doesn't work for me?

HearFrames come with a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. If they don't work for you, contact info@prile.com within 60 days of receiving the product and we will issue you a refund.

Can people tell I'm wearing a hearing aid?

No. HearFrames look exactly like a regular pair of glasses. The hearing technology is built entirely into the frame — there is no device in your ear, no wire, and nothing that would identify them as a hearing aid to anyone looking at you.

Does anything go in my ear canal?

Nothing. The speaker is built into the arm of the glasses and positioned near the ear. There is no insertion of any kind. This makes HearFrames suitable for people who find in-ear devices uncomfortable, as well as anyone who has never been able to get a good fit from a conventional hearing aid.

What are the four listening modes?

Quiet Mode for calm environments and one-on-one conversation. Restaurant Mode for noisy, crowded spaces. Outdoor Mode to handle wind and sudden sounds. Music Mode for the fullest range of audio when listening to music or watching TV. Switch between them with a quick double press of the button.

How long will shipping take?

Our warehouse ships out orders within 1 business day from when the order is placed. Shipping takes anywhere from 7 to 12 business days to arrive.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. On top of our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, every pair of HearFrames comes with a FREE 1 Year Warranty. If your device encounters any issues due to a manufacturing defect within one year of purchase, reach out to info@prile.com and we will send you a replacement.

What is included with HearFrames?

1 Pair of HearFrames

1 Magnetic Charging Cable

2 Removable Tubes

User Manual

How long does it take to recharge?

Charging time is approximately 2 hours. Battery life is over 30 hours on a single charge.

Is this covered by insurance?

No, HearFrames are not covered by insurance.
